Released some time ago, but still saving time and money for our customers, is the I.D. reaming cutter. They work well for chill rings and general I.D. beveling projects.
Wear resistant materials are removed quickly and accurately. Even panels with overlay on only one side can be cleaned without disturbing the untreated side.

The first titanium beveling tool with 5 times the strength-to-weight ratio as conventional materials, the model Ti has the power to machine tubes from 1/2" to 2 1/2" (12.7 to 63.5 mm). Use the standard and custom blades or take advantage of the patented performance of our Multi-PrepTM cutters. Fits in a 1.6" (40.6 mm) wide space.

Model BF Flange Facer
The new model BF flange facing tool is built for small diameter flanges up to 8" (203mm) diameter. A tight-clearance model is also available with a range from 3/4" to 5-1/2" (19mm to 139.7mm).
Other flange facing attachments convert our standard pipe end machining tools into flange reconditioning machines that will increase versatility and stretch your budget.

The H&S Air-Lok is a time-saving option that uses air pressure to activate a cylinder that locks and unlocks the tool with the flick of a lever. It is ideal for large volume, high production projects of common tube sizes. Models are available for the J, BR, Mini-B, MB and MS.
