Thermal Solutions Sued
On April 25, 2007, H&S Tool filed suit against Thermal Solutions Inc. and David Bradley, alleging patent infringement of H&S U.S. Patent Nos. 5,542,177 and 6,955,507. These patents are also the subject matter of H&S ongoing litigation with Esco Tool and form a part of H&S patent portfolio relating to H&S Multi-Prep® and/or Multi-Prep®-2 milling head cutters.

H&S continues to work to develop new products for our customers. This recent lawsuit reflects our continuing efforts to pursue the enforcement of our patents in order to protect our developments from unauthorized making, using or selling by others.

H&S products, including the Multi-Prep® and Multi-Prep®-2 milling heads, are the subject of, and/or are protected by, U.S. patents and pending patent applications. H&S will update its customers on the status of all pending patent applications as information is received. H&S patents and published applications are available on the Internet at the U.S. Patent Office website: www.uspto.gov, or from H&S upon request.
