H&S Tool, Inc. of Wadsworth, Ohio and Esco Tool of Holliston, Massachusetts announce the amicable resolution of the lawsuits filed by H&S in 2006 and 2007 against Esco and certain of its representatives involving patents relating to membrane removal and diameter clean-up technology.  The parties have entered into a confidential settlement agreement and have dismissed all of their respective claims, counterclaims and defenses.  As a result, Esco’s membrane removal/diameter clean-up products will be produced under license of H&S Tool.   No further details of the settlement are being released.
